Although we are commonly referred to as "day of coordinators", but our coordinators begin working with you from the day you say "YES" to the day you say "I DO". We will create a timeline for you, manage all vendors, coordinate your fairytale day and handle any problems that may arise.  Your wedding day should be spent sharing the love you and your partner have with your family and friends. 

Our fees for Day of Coordination depend on event size and location.  Fees range from $1,200 to $2,000. See pricing below.

  • 210 and Up Guests $3,000 +

WEDDING DAY OF COORDINATION FEE:
